Our Mission
To provide task organized disbursing support including military pay, travel support, and expeditionary acquisition payments to all Marine Forces within III MEF area of operations, and to joint forces as directed, in order to sustain supported units during exercises, contingencies, and in garrison.

Lieutenant Colonel Yves N. Geoffrey
Det. Commander, RDO-P

LtCol Geoffrey’s deployments include tours in the Republics of Afghanistan, Benin, and Togo. In Afghanistan, he served as an Embedded Training Team Advisor where he lived, trained, and conducted combat operations with the Afghan National Army (ANA) in Marjah, Helmand province. While in West Africa, LtCol Geoffrey, trained and advised the Benin Special Police Unit (Unité Spéciale de Surveillance des Frontiers - USSF) and the Togolese Armed Forces on border security.
