U.S. Navy conducts hands-on medical training with Sri Lankan counterparts

Naval Base Welisara, Sri Lanka - Sri Lankan Marines and Sailors practiced applying tourniquets on each other during Sri Lanka Health Engagement (SLHE) 17 at Naval Base Welisara, Sept. 18, 2017. Sailors from 3d Medical Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group participated in the engagement as well.
