U.S. Navy Lt. Garrett Craig, a Colorado native and chaplain with Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, hands a Project Hand Clasp soccer ball to a Filipino student at Maruglo Elementary School in Crow Valley, Philippines, April 12 during ongoing community relations events at Balikatan 2013, an annual Philippine-U.S. bilateral exercise. Humanitarian assistance and training activities enable the Philippine and U.S. forces to build lasting relationships, train together and provide assistance in communities where the need is the greatest.
