Capt. Carl M. Tutt accepts his certificate during the graduation ceremony for the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program Instructor Course April 5 on NCTS during Exercise Guahan Shield. Exercise Guahan Shield will facilitate multiservice engagements, set conditions for bilateral and multilateral training opportunities, and support rapid response to potential theatre crises and contingency operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Tutt is the Assistant Current Operations Officer for 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, working as the Operations Officer for the Forward Command Element during Guahan Shield.
