Master Sergeant Feliz is a native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps out of Perth Amboy, New Jersey on 10 November 2003, and reported to the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina for basic training August 2004. Upon completion of Marine Combat Training, he reported to Engineer Equipment Instruction Company (EEIC), Marine Corps Detachment in Fort Leonardwood, MO, earning the Military Occupational Specialty of 1341 Engineer Equipment Mechanic.
In February 2005, Master Sergeant Feliz was assigned to 1st Maintenance Battalion in Camp Pendleton, California, where he served as an Engineer Equipment Mechanic and Small Craft Repairman. In August 2006, he reported to Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit at Camp Pendleton, CA as a Small Craft Mechanic, Maintenance Detachment. During his time at CLB-13, he participated in numerous amphibious operations and deployed to Al-Taquddum, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 07-2.
In January 2008, Master Sergeant Feliz reported for duty to Combat Logistics Company 11 in Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, CA. While at the Intermediate Maintenance Activity, he held multiple small unit leader billets such as Publications Non-Commissioned Officer, Heavy Equipment Maintenance Floor Chief and Training Chief.
In July 2011, Master Sergeant Feliz reported for duty to 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group at Camp Hansen, Okinawa Japan. He deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 11-2 as Platoon Sergeant, Heavy Equipment Platoon, Engineer Support Company.
In June 2013, he reported for duty at Combat Logistics Battalion 7, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, CA. During his time at CLB-7, he was selected to serve as the Logistics Combat Element, Marine Expeditionary Brigade- Afghanistan, Joint Fires Observer in Support of Operation Enduring Freedom 14-1. Upon return from OEF, he transferred to Engineer Services Company where he became the Engineer Equipment Maintenance Chief and promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant. In February 2016, he returned to EEIC for Chiefs course where he graduated as the distinguished honor graduate of Engineer Equipment Chiefs Course 1-16.
In June 2016, he returned to 1st Maintenance Battalion for a second tour as the Maintenance Control Section Chief for Engineer Maintenance Company. Master Sergeant Feliz reported to Combat Logistics Detachment 37 on November 2017 where he served as the Engineer Equipment Maintenance and Fabrications/ Additive Manufacturing Shop SNCOIC for Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force Crisis Response Central Command in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Upon completion of the deployment, he returned to EMC and was selected to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant where he served as MCS SNCOIC and Engineer Support Company Operations Chief. In September 2020, Master Sergeant Feliz successfully completed Advance School 4-20 finishing as number 1 of 43 and being the Academic Excellence award recipient.
In October 2020, he reported for duty to Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 at Camp Foster, Okinawa Japan, as the Heavy Equipment Platoon SNCOIC. Master Sergeant Feliz managed Heavy Equipment support for over 13 inter-service, bilateral and international training exercises. During his service at 1st Marine Air Wing, he acted as the Engineer Services Company Senior Enlisted Advisor, and participated at Hagatna Fury-21 Guam Maritime Prepositioning Force offload.
In August 2022, he reported to 3d Marine Division Headquarters Camp Courtey, Okinawa Japan, as the Division Engineer Equipment Chief and analyst for the Command General's Logistics Readiness Inspection team. Master Sergeant Feliz was the Bravo Table of Authorized Materiel Control Number commodity manager responsible for all equipment fielding, training, and licensing for engineering, utilities and bulk fuel storage equipment. He was frocked to the current rank of Master Sergeant in July 2023.
In September 2023, he reported to Combat Logistics Company 36, Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Japan where he is currently serving as the command Senior Enlisted Advisor.
His personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal four gold stars in lieu of fifth award, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal gold star in lieu of second award, and various other Service and Campaign medals.
Master Sergeant Feliz is married to former Victoria Torres of San Diego, California, and has seven daughters; Selena, Ayanna, Catalina, Camila, Cayleia, Clarisa, and Czamira.
