Lance Cpl. Eric Zamora fires a pistol at Camp Hansen Oct. 29 during combat marksmanship training. The purpose of the training is to develop range coaches’ ability to teach marksmanship fundamentals to other Marines following a weeklong period of classroom instruction. “The Marines have to shoot the weapon to fully comprehend what they have learned,” said Sgt. Argus R. Bennett, a CMT instructor and radio operator with Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group. Zamora is a warehouse clerk with CLR-35, 3rd MLG.
