Freddie Martinez, the commanding officer for 3rd Maintenance Battalion, 3rd Sustainment Group (Experimental) passes the new company guidon to Chief Warrant Officer 2 Michael Castilla-Martinez, the company commander for Regional Maintenance Operations Company, during an activation ceremony, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, June 23, 2022.
