U.S. Marine Capt. Christopher DeJesus, the executive officer of 3rd Electronic Maintenance Company, 3rd Maintenance Battalion, 3rd Sustainment Group (Experimental), 3rd Marine Logistics Group, sits with his family during his retirement ceremony on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, May 4th, 2022. Capt. DeJesus served 22 years in the Marine Corps ascending through the ranks from an enlisted Marine, to warrant officer, to limited duty officer, leveraging his years of experience to serve the Marine Corps and his fellow Marines. 3rd MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward deployed combat unit that serves as III Marine Expeditionary Force's comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
