U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Axel Alicea, company commander of Motor Transportation Maintenance (MTM) Company, 3rd Maintenance Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group (MLG), and Orlando, Florida native, speaks to members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) while giving a tour of equipment and capabilities within the MTM maintenance bay on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 24, 2020.
