U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Matthew K. Sponagle explains the components of the Advanced Ordnance Teaching Material during Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Level 2 instruction for EOD Technicians with Cambodian Mine Action Center during Humanitarian Mine Actions (HMA) Cambodia in Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia, Aug 1, 2019. HMAs are reoccurring events that instruct partner nations’ on tactics, techniques and procedures. This instruction on EOD and tactical combat casualty care capabilities will save lives and relieve human suffering.
