U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Zach Worth puts a nasopharyngeal airway in a medical mannequin during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care course on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, July 11, 2019. The Medical Simulation Training Center trains Marines, throughout III Marine Expeditionary Force, in Combat Life Saving, TCCC and other field medical courses with the mission of eliminating preventable deaths on the battlefield.
