U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Zach Worth performs tactical field care while Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Nicholas Berra Martinez assesses his performance at the end of a Tactical Combat Casualty Care course on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, July 11, 2019. The Medical Simulation Training Center trains Marines, throughout III Marine Expeditionary Force, in Combat Life Saving, TCCC and other field medical courses with the mission of eliminating preventable deaths on the battlefield. Worth, a native of The Dalles, Oregon, is an MV-22 Osprey pilot with Marine Aviation Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing.
