U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Matthew Sponagle and a Royal Thai explosive ordnance disposal technician test the resistence of a conductive cable used to connect a reciever to a blasting cap to initiate an explosion during Cobra Gold 19, Feb. 20, 2019 in the Kingdom of Thailand. U.S. Marines assisted the Royal Thai Armed Forces in teaching explosive ordnance disposal courses and disposing landmines.
