U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Matthew Sponagle scrapes the protective layer off of a conductive wire that connects a reciever to the catalyst to detonate explosives during Cobra Gold 19 Feb. 19, 2019 in the Kingdom of Thailand. U.S. Marines assist the Royal Thai Armed Forces in teaching explosive ordnance disposal courses and disposing landmines.
