Lance Cpl. Benjamin Willwerth establishes a time device multiple access (TDMA) network July 30, 2018 at Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. TDMA networks are used to pull and divide internet networks from satellites to give access to internet while on missions where internet is not accessible available.
