Navy Hospitalman 3rd Class John Ong wraps an amputation wound during a medical simulation at Kin Blue, Okinawa, Japan, June 6, 2018. The simulation is part of Exercise Inochi No Onjin, which increased competency of medical units' patient evacuation capabilities, command and control, medical regulating, and role-two capabilities.
