Chief Warrant Officer 4 Roderick W. Palmer, center, from Tallahassee, Florida, congratulates his rifle team Dec. 19 at Camp Hansen for their participation in the Far East Division Matches. The team won the Lloyd Trophy for receiving the highest score of the 19 rifle teams that competed in the matches. The trophy is named in honor of Maj. Calvin A. Lloyd, who won this trophy in the 1912 Pan-American Matches in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
