Master Chief Petty Officer Christopher Rebana screams cadence to unify his team’s pulling efforts during the “Christmas Tree Workout” as part of the Jingle Bell Challenge here Dec. 19. Rebana said events like this help to build camaraderie and “brings the sailors and Marines together.” Six battalions took part in the Jingle Bell Challenge, which consisted of several events, including a 5-kilometer run, interval exercise relay race, tug-of-war contest and Humvee pull.
