U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Lawrence Decker, right, listens to a patient’s chest at the Preah Ket Melea Hospital, Phnom Penh, Jan. 25 during Cambodia Medical Exercise 13-1. Decker is the subject-matter expert in emergency medicine with 3rd Medical Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
